Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
In a mixing bowl, beat powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before folding in blueberries.
Pour the blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
